As Christians, God wants us to evaluate the kind of friendships we keep in our lives. Do our friends bring us closer to the Lord or away from Him? What does a “meaningful & fruitful friendship” look like?
 

Proverbs 18:24 -“One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”

Part 1 reminds us to never allow the “worries of life”, the “deceitfulness of wealth” & “desire for other things” choke God’s Word & power in our lives. 2017 is set to become a year of breakthroughs for those who will choose to seek, follow & love Him with all of their hearts.

The seed that fell among the thorns represents those who hear God’s word, but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life and the lure of wealth, so no fruit is produced. -Matthew 13:22
