The message today is a reminder of how God hears the cries of His people and how He will go to great lengths and fight our battles just to FREE us from our misery and WORSHIP Him.

For those of us who is need of freedom from any bondage, know that God has promised to rescue and redeem us with an outstretched hand, so that we may KNOW Him as our Mighty GOD who deserves to be honored & worshipped forever.

“I am the LORD. I will bring you out from all of the burdens. I will free you and will rescue you from your slavery. I will redeem you with an outstretched hand. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God who has freed you from your oppression.”  Exodus 6:6-7

Our worship & devotion to God is so important to Him that He would do mighty things against those who keep us in bondage & those who prevent us from coming to Him.

Ultimate freedom from captivity in whatever area in our lives (debt, broken relationships, fear, uncertainty, loneliness, injustice or sickness) will always come from God, and those who wish to be truly free must “seek the LORD first” & make knowing Him a priority above everything.

Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what the LORD says: Let My people go, so that they may WORSHIP Me. If you refuse to let them go, the hand of the Lord will bring a terrible plague on your livestock in the field.”(Exodus 9:1-2)
