Daily Peace and Comfort
Knowing God’s love for us is a great privilege. When we take the time to remember what Christ has done for us, our eyes will be opened to what we already have rather than what we thought we had lost. God wants us to start focusing on His promises. Every time you feel sad, alone, abandoned or fearful, remember that there is nothing Jesus won’t do for you

Develop the habit of expecting good things to come your way and see what God can do in your life. Start believing things are going to change for the better, not because you deserve it, but simply because God loves you so much.

When people hurt, reject or betray us, our natural reaction is to fight back. This negative emotion remain in our hearts, leaving us with more heaviness to endure. This is not the Lord’s will. Jesus gave us an example on how we can remain at peace and be victorious in all our battles. Remember that it’s not God’s will for us to be bitter, He wants us to be better!

Do you need inner strength today? Just like the Apostle Peter, all of us have weaknesses in different areas of our lives. But the secret to overcoming those weaknesses is in knowing who Jesus is and what He wants to do in our lives. The first step is to “come to Him” with all of our hearts. Once we do that, then we will discover the strength that we never knew we already have within us.

God knows our desire to obey Him. But as human beings, we fall & make mistakes. And nowadays, it’s more challenging to continue to follow Him as we are prone to more temptations because of the internet & social media.
The Bible assures us that our God is faithful. He will not allow us to be tempted beyond our ability to endure & will always provide a way for us to overcome it. But He also expects us to do our part & clear our lives with the junk that this world continually offers. We can start today by ruling out the negative things we allow our eyes to regularly see & consume.
[ “The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light."-Matthew 6:22 ]
King Solomon said, “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that stays.” All over the world, many people are going through season of testings, trying their best to find a way out of the trouble they are facing. Today, God wants to remind us that He is the way out. If there’s one thing we need to focus on, it’s our relationship with Him. He promised that when we seek Him first, everything that we need shall be added unto us.
[ The LORD says, "I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you." - Psalm 32:8 ]
It always feels great to be “chosen”. Whether it be in a love relationship, in work or friendship. But nothing compares with the joy in knowing that God has chosen us long before we were born, to be in a relationship with Him and be a part of His great plan. If you feel unloved and unwanted today, God wants to remind you that you were in His heart and mind from the very beginning. The plans He has for you is great beyond measure.
“Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ.”-Ephesians 1:4-5
No matter how many principles & lessons we try to learn, it is only by being honest & acknowledging our weaknesses that we can start over & improve our situation, slowly but surely. Evaluating the direction of our lives by starting at the “right place with God” is the BEST way for us to completely move forward and find security in this ever changing world that we live in.

As humans, we tend to look for people or things that will make us happy, only to discover that it cannot fully satisfy the longing of our soul. In the world, we may experience loneliness and discontent, but don’t let it bring you down. Fix your eyes on the Lord, for He is the only one who will never change and has the power to give you complete joy.
